Rafael currently performs as managing partner of RFH & Company. Where he acts as consultant offering advisory services in the aviation fuels handling field where he has broad experience. His services include, but are not limited to: inspections, training, design of facilities and installations.

He is member of the technical committee of Aviation Fuels of ICONTEC (Colombian technical standards institute), where the technical regulation related with aviation fuels are prepared, and is currently involved in the BIO Diesel Committee of the Mines and Energy Ministry of Colombia.
